I am designed with renters in mind. I have a large open floor plan that allows for festive gatherings. My beautiful kitchen has plenty of counter tops and is fully equipped including a filtered water system that also goes to the freezer ice cubes. You will love my laminate floors. The Lazyboy sofa and 2 recliners are made for relaxing.

I am located on the back corner of the 5000 section (# 5701 ) where it is quiet and perfect for children with bikes and roller blades. You will love my wraparound porch with a dining area and rocking chairs. I have a total of 4 TVs, one each in kitchen, living room, and in each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

You will find 1 bedroom and bath downstairs along with a large laundry room with washer and dryer. The downstairs bath has an oversized shower which is handicapped friendly.

The beautiful open staircase leads up to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk over a full with a trundle twin pull out.

The over 1 mile beach is the best on the East coast.

The outside shower has both hot and cold water and the patio area is designed with paving stones.

We have wireless high-speed internet wireless right at this house. Best of all, a cart is included in the rental price. Read our reviews!!!.

Our policy is that you leave the house in the same great condition that you find it. If you want a cleaning service, I could arrange that for 125.00. You would have to plan that ahead of time. Please note that our beach house has all laminate floors and is very easy to clean. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Most people bring their own sheets, however, I have them available for you to use providing you wash, dry and return them to the closet. Towels and paper product are not included .

Great vacation home

My daughter, two granddaughters and I had a wonderful week in this home. I used the downstairs bedroom and the girls stayed upstairs. I could get up early without waking them and have my coffee on the front porch under the ceiling fan. When they got up, they jumped in the golf cart and headed for the beach while I lounged on the porch reading a book and/or people watching. In the evenings, we rode the golf car or sat on the porch playing games. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a relaxing stay at the beach.

My family and I have been spending a week during the summer at Ocean Lakes for the past 10 years. This house was by far our most favorite yet. The kitchen is large enough to have multiple people in it at the same time. It is also equipped with just about anything you may need to prepare your meals. We spent many hours sitting on the porch. The golf cart that was included with the rental was a nice bonus and definitely made this rental an even better value. The house is easy to get in and out of since it is not on “stilts” (only 4 or 5 steps) and has both a front door and side door. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to any one. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions and was easy to work with.

We have been wanting to rent this property for years at Ocean Lakes. Every year its booked for the 4th. This year was the exception and we were able to get it for the week. Wow… it really exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful porch to the interior of the house it really blew us away. We have stayed in many homes but this one was by the far the best all around. Comes with everything you need and the owners are great people. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

We just got back and didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful and spacious and clean. I slept better here than on any vacations and it truly felt like I was at home. This house is perfect!! I felt right at home when we first pulled into the driveway. Camille was the sweetest most accommodating person we have ever rented a house from in Ocean Lakes. Nice home! Perfect size for 3 couples enjoying Labor Day week! The disposal was not working properly upon arrival, notifed Camille who contacted a plumber ASAP. Camille is very nice and responded quickly to any needs or issues we had during the week!

Beautiful house and perfect size as we had 7 people. Very quiet part of the campground but with the golf cart you can easily get wherever you want to go very quickly. I cannot imagine a more responsive and caring owner, Camille wants everything to be perfect for your stay. When we come back to beach it will be at this house.

This was our second stay at this gorgeous home at Ocean Lakes. The house is wonderful with everything we needed or could ask for. The owners are wonderful to work with. We had a small problem with the golf cart and the owners were very accommodating in making sure this was taken care of in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying at this property again!!
