Welcome to ‘Corner House’ 1173. We are excited for 2021 and are now taking reservations!
Thank you for inquiring about this home. It has now booked for the 2020 season. We take reservations all year for season 2021.

We DO NOT do ‘Book Now’. In order to book this house, you must speak to me. Please call Lori @ 973-600-6393. This website does not charge a booking fee that some sites now charge. Sorry we do not have a golf cart.

Reservation Deposit: $500-this is NOT extra. It is subtracted from the total owed.
After paying the $500 reservation deposit, you may make payments along the way. Full balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

2 full beds (this is an open concept bedroom with no door that kids love to hang out in and watch tv)ease use this and not the calendar page.

3 1/2 baths with Granite counter tops
2 bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs with separate stall showers
1 bathroom has shower/tub combo
1/2 bath off living room

Huge living room with 2 couches, bistro table with seating for 3, Wall mounted 55″ flat screen TV, expanded cable, WiFi. This room was furnished with brand new couches, coffee table, stools and bistro table in 2018.

Large kitchen with table for 5 and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen with all of your cooking needs and stocked full of spices.

Full size laundry room with washer, dryer and iron.

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, kiddie beach toys, charcoal grill and easy in/out parking on double wide road with room for 4 large vehicles. Tons of outside seating with large picnic table, large glass table with chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, 2 rocking chairs and
a kiddie picnic table.
Separate golf cart driveway for 2 carts. No more shuffling around your vehicles to use your carts.
We also have room enough for you to park a golf cart trailer if you want to bring your own.

Completely repainted October 2019 and will be again in Fall 2020. Our homes are power washed every spring.

We do not accept PayPal or credit cards. This protects both of us. We accept bank checks, which ensures your security and ours.

Sorry, no animals as we are allergy free.
You must be 25 to rent this house. Use of this vacation home is for families only. No events, parties, weddings, etc. We do not rent for the purpose of college Spring Break, Biker Weeks or Senior Week. Motorcycles are not allowed on OL roads and must be parked in the overflow lot.

We are a family of six and have been coming to MB all of our lives. As kids we camped so when we started our own family, well, we camped! Four kids later, camping began to get a little harder. We stumbled upon Ocean Lakes Family Campground and it fit our lifestyle in a crazy great way! We rented our first beach home in the summer of 2004. We fell in love and ended up buying a home for our family. When the opportunity arose to buy the adjacent property, we did and built our second home. We cannot tell you how we love Ocean Lakes, and our kids can truly tell you they do not ever want to vacation anywhere else! Ocean Lakes maintains every amenity that a campground has- daily planned activities 365 days a year, kids camps, mini golf, playgrounds, indoor/outdoor pools, water park, etc, etc!! Come and visit and see for yourself and create your own precious beach memories!
