We are winding down our 2021 season and already preparing for 2022. We are family owned and maintained. My husband and I spend the off season painting, staining decks and maintaining our homes. We consider it a labor of love!

We have 2 unique properties in Ocean Lakes. Both are right next to each other. This is 1173 or Corner House. Our other home is 1173A, Double Decker. Each home is 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and sleeps 12. We rent our homes from April thru October.

MAIN LEVEL:
Fully painted October 2019 and will be again in 2021.
Wood floors throughout home. Carpeted steps (for safety).
Open kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs.
Corian countertops, breakfast bump out with table & chairs, stool seating at countertop, bistro table with stools.
Open living room, new couches, 52″ flat screen tv, Wi-Fi and expanded cable.
Private master bedroom with queen bed, jetted jacuzzi tub, separate stall shower and Granite countertop. 32″ TV.
Half bath off of living room
Full size laundry room, Full size washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.
2 doors on this level open up to the massive covered wrap around deck.

UPPER LEVEL:
Spacious open hallway
3 bedrooms have queen beds, flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms
5th bedroom is open concept in this house (see pictures) with 2 full beds. (Kids love to call this room their tv room.)
Upstairs main bath has jetted jacuzzi bath with separate stall shower, Granite countertop.

OUTSIDE:
Massive wrap around deck which wraps around 3 sides of the house
2 glass tables with seating for everyone
2 Adirondack chairs
Plastic kiddie picnic table
Oversized charcoal grill
Outdoor shower with hot & cold water, kiddie beach toys and charcoal grill.

VEHICLE PARKING:
Very easy pull in/out parking on this oversized lot. Ample room for 4 large vehicles. Road in front is a double wide road-NOT a small side road.

GOLF CART PARKING:
Underneath the side of the house house is a driveway just for golf carts. Room for two with its own outlet. No more shuffling around cars to get golf carts in and out.

Reservation Deposit: $500-this is NOT extra. It is subtracted from the total owed.
After paying the $500 reservation deposit, you may make payments along the way. Full balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Refundable Security/Damage Deposit: $500 (due 60 days prior to arrival)

Sorry- no animals of any kind as we are allergy free.
We allow a maximum of 4 cars with your reservation.
Licensed drivers may rent a cart from OL or bring your own.
No smoking/vaping/juuling/candles.
No personal bbq or gas grills can be brought on to property. We have a large charcoal bbq grill for your use.
You must be 28 to rent this house. We do not rent to high school or college age for Senior Week or Spring Break. No groups, events, or for the purpose of party, wedding, biker weeks, etc. Motorcycles are NOT allowed on Ocean Lakes roads and have to be parked in the overflow lot.

We are a family of six and have been coming to MB all of our lives. As kids we camped so when we started our own family, well, we camped! Four kids later, camping began to get a little harder. We stumbled upon Ocean Lakes Family Campground and it fit our lifestyle in a crazy great way! We rented our first beach home in the summer of 2004. We fell in love and ended up buying a home for our family. When the opportunity arose to buy the adjacent property, we did and built our second home. We cannot tell you how we love Ocean Lakes, and our kids can truly tell you they do not ever want to vacation anywhere else! Ocean Lakes maintains every amenity that a campground has- daily planned activities 365 days a year, kids camps, mini golf, playgrounds, indoor/outdoor pools, water park, etc, etc!! Come and visit and see for yourself and create your own precious beach memories!
