This is a three-bedroom three-bath home located on a large corner lot in Ocean Lakes. Although technically a three-bedroom house, there is a queen size bed upstairs in the alcove area which allows there to be more guests. Another bedroom has a King size bed. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and 1 sleep sofa/futon. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed.

There are two dining areas. The kitchen has new granite countertops, also a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Tile kitchen flooring is tile.

The house is larger than most houses in Ocean Lakes, over 2,000 square feet. This enabled us to add a large sunroom. In the sunroom, there is an eating area, a bar, and an area for watching color T. V. and a DVD player for children to watch movies, etc.

There is a large den with 2 comfortable couches with recliners. and a large T.V. Free Wifi is available.

We have oversized decks on the front and side of the home. With a picnic table and plenty of outdoor furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the day.

For all of us that don’t enjoy having to climb a lot of steps to get into their beach house, we only have 8 to get you to the porch.

There is a concrete driveway and a single-car carport off the front side of the home.

One of the most exciting things about the house location is that it is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and to the amazing water park. It is only a short distance to the grocery store, swimming pools, basketball courts, laundromat, arcade, etc.
