Property Description
Welcome to Arrr! House. Spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home in Ocean Lakes Campground. The home has been updated and freshly painted. A complimentary golf cart is included, but not guaranteed. You must be 21 years or older to drive the golf cart and you must have a valid driver’s license. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Extended cable and Wi-Fi included/not guaranteed. Also included starting Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day are 2 beach chairs and umbrella that will be set-up for you on the beach! Linens are available. If you use our linens (towels and bedding) you are required to launder them after your stay. If our property manager has to launder them there will be an additional $150 charge.
Ocean Lakes has its own private beach access, arcade, mini golf, indoor and outdoor pools. It also offers a 2 acre water park that is open in the spring and summer months. This home is a great place to enjoy your family vacation!
Change over day for weekly renters are on Saturdays. Check in is at 3 pm, check out is at 10 am. The house is non-smoking and no pets. Renter must be at least 25 years old and someone 25 years or older must stay at the house during the entire rental period. No exceptions! Ocean Lakes charges $10/day/vehicle for pass, which is handled at the gate at check in. Or I can express pass to you.
