A-17 6 Bed 3 Bath w/ Ocean View

This 6 Bedroom 3 bath (plus outdoor shower with hot water) sleeps 2-18 although in season, Memorial Day thru Labor Day, I allow a maximum of 16. Guests may use all the amenities that the Ocean Lakes community has to offer providing they follow their rules. I speak with everyone by phone prior to booking a reservation…no exceptions. I rent to those over 25 years only and have the right to refuse groups that do not meet Ocean Lakes objectives. I do allow some dogs with a fee and certain conditions. TV’s x 6 plus and password enabled WIFI.

Downstairs sleeping includes 1 queen bedroom off the living area (no TV) and a bunk room with two beds with full on bottoms and twins on top. These rooms share a bath in the hall. Laundry is also on the main level. Upstairs has a king room that opens onto the upper deck that shares a bath with a room that has two full beds. On the opposite side upstairs is a queen room that also opens onto the upper deck that shares a bath with another queen room. Quality waterproof mattress covers are on each bed as are coverlets. Pillows are provided and replaced annually.

The kitchen is well appointed with all sizes of cookware, bakeware, supplies, and most of the appliances that you have in your own homes in addition to dishes and glassware. Kitchen is restocked yearly. Outdoor grill is charcoal. Dining room table as seen in pictures is large enough for family gatherings…..easily seats 10+.

Off season 2-18 guests…rates are more flexible depending on size and content of group
Rental rate does not include 12% SC taxes
