Custom built raised beach house. Beautifully decorated in Beach theme and ready for your vacation getaway. Enjoy our large covered porch with table and seating to enjoy your meals outdoors, rocking chairs and flat screen TV great for relaxing and lounging on the upper level. Our TIKI BAR on lower level with bar seating, flat screen TV, covered swing and gas grill. Great for hanging out with the family. We also have FREE Wireless Internet Access!!!

Master and 2nd bedroom have queen beds, 3rd bedroom has bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top. Clean Fresh Bed Linens included. House can sleep up to 6 comfortably.

Porcelain tile covers main living area with carpet in bedrooms. Shower/Tub combination in both bathrooms. Living room has large flat screen TV w/DVD player and extended cable. There are Flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms.
Kitchen is equipped with all necessary cookware, a crock pot and small appliances to cook, if you wish. There is a water filtration system in the kitchen. A large stacked washer/dryer in the hallway closet. A gas grill for outdoor cooking on the lower level. We have an enclosed Outdoor shower with Rainfall shower head w/ hot & cold water, perfect for getting the sand off after going to the beach. There is parking for 2 cars under the house.

We include bed linens (sheets sets) for each bed. There are blankets in each closet for your use. Towels are not provided. You must bring your own bath soap,shampoo, Bath Towels, Kitchen Towels, Beach Towels, detergents, and paper products including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags.

All guests must register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This will cost $12.00 per day (parking fee not included in rental fee) and is payable directly to Ocean Lakes. You may request from us an Express Check-in form with your registration. All agreements must be signed and the security deposit must be paid in full to make a reservation for a desired week.

Sorry we DO NOT allow any pets in our home and NO SMOKING inside our home. You MUST be 28 years or older to rent this house. A copy of your driver’s license is required as proof of age. The renter must remain during entire rental contract to supervise anyone under 28. Families Only! No House Parties, Graduation parties, Spring Break, etc.

**House must be left clean and undamaged with no voilations or security will not be refunded.**

**WE ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS, CERTIFIED OR CASHIERS CHECKS ** RENT DUE 60 days in advance of stay. PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT ONLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or International Money Orders.

**$500.00 Security Deposit due within 7 days** Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only during peak season.
12% SC Tax due

SORRY, WE DO NOT OFFER A GOLF CART. GOLF CARTS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT DIRECTLY THROUGH OCEAN LAKES.
